What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name and phone number, your email address and postal address if you give them, whatever you tell us about the job, and any photos you attach. That is all. We collect nothing at all if you simply read the site.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to your enquiry and to carry out the work if you go ahead. Enquiries reach us by email, sent on our behalf by Resend, and then sit in our inbox. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone else for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we need them for our records, then deleted. If you would like yours removed sooner, email pensburystreet@icloud.com and we will take care of it.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. That is why there is no cookie banner. The map on the contact and about pages is embedded from Google, and Google may set its own cookies if you interact with it.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Contact us at the address above and we will respond within a month.
